Carter’s, America’s favorite baby brand operated in the region by Lals Group, was recognised for their efforts and achievements in improving customer service quality as well as commitment to ethical business practices by Dubai Economy in the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES), at the DSES Awards Ceremony, held at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai.

The Award for Outstanding Service by the DSES for Best Retail Outlet – Arabian Center (2016) represents the latest recognition of the brand’s quest to fulfill customer expectations at the highest level. The winners were selected from more than 2,000 members enrolled in DSES and Dubai Economy honoured them as part of its efforts to enhance competitiveness, diversity and quality of services offered to customers in the emirate's retail sector and to promote excellence across vital sectors.
