Lals Group entered into the market of quality babies, toddlers and children clothing through opening the first Carter’s store in the Middle East in 2007.

With a captivating history of over 140 years, Carter’s today is the largest branded marketer in the U.S.A in its bracket, selling more than 10 products for every child born in the US.

Lals Group operates and runs the Carter’s brand in most of the popular malls across UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and KSA.

Carter’s at Arabian Center – Best Retail Outlet

Carter’s, America’s favorite baby brand operated in the region by Lals Group, was recognised for their efforts and achievements in improving customer service quality as well as commitment to ethical business practices by Dubai Economy in the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES), at the DSES Awards Ceremony, held at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai.

The Award for Outstanding Service by the DSES for Best Retail Outlet – Arabian Center (2016) represents the latest recognition of the brand’s quest to fulfill customer expectations at the highest level. The winners were selected from more than 2,000 members enrolled in DSES and Dubai Economy honoured them as part of its efforts to enhance competitiveness, diversity and quality of services offered to customers in the emirate's retail sector and to promote excellence across vital sectors.

Carter's Campaign Wins Retail ME Awards 2017

The Carter's team won the Retail ME Most Admired Brand Campaign of the Year for 2017 for the "Fathers First" complete 360-degree campaign. With the focus very much on the often less-mentioned paternal side of the unique bond between Fathers & Children, the activity generated huge interest for many families across the entire region, all happy to participate and share their unique experiences.
